Slice and Convert PSDs to Complaint xHTML/CSS

I am looking for a talented front end developer to work with me on this project. Requirements (A must) 1) Slice and convert PSDs to xhtml/css (Around 15 pages but most of them are the same) 2) Have the designed w3c validated 3) Design should work on all major browsers and operating systems and most importantly on the iPad 4) Fast turnaround 1-2 days max IMPORTANT: The design should work on all browsers but optimized for iPads. Although they are around 15 pages they are basically the same design but has few elements like forms different, so they are really a few pages.
