523487 Sales Page Re-Design + HTML + Install Needed ASAP

Hello - I need my sales page re-designed. Basically, I just need the top portion re-done. I already had a designer re-design it for me and I really like it, but, he got sick and can't finish. I'm looking for someone to take the same design, and complete the project. I have psd file for you so it needs to be broken down to HTML and installed to replace my current design.
