Editing a joomla website

Hi webdesigners, I need to hire a joomla designer who knows how to design psd files + joomla e-commerce. My client has already a website in Joomla. It is an e-commerce shoe website. The site is mostly done. However, I need to hire someone to help me do the final edition as my current web-designer is not responsive. Things to do are below. You can either programme a module or use any module on the internet, as long as the problem is fixed. In any case, the psd files will be given to you if you need it. Budget is USD30. May increase it if there are more changes. However, by choosing to bid, please note that there may be more changes to be done other then the one written above. Change of text/delete of text, shift of position of certain elements etc. Only more payment will be given if the requirement is demanding.
