Need a CMS (Content Management System) based web site for a small non-profit county political organization in US.

The site should be based on a well known CMS with any necessary modifications needed to complete the requested features. It must run on Windows server 2003 with IIS 6 and MSSQL Database or Firebird. Once completed, you will need to upload to our host, set up the needed databases, or you can build it there. You may not specify as a condition that it run on your host, or any specific host, or have any recurring charges to be paid to you. Likewise, you may not demand that any changes made to the site once completed, be made by you or any specific person or business. The code and rights to it become our property. ## Deliverables N eed someone to create a CMS (Content Management System) based web site for a small non-profit county political organization. All custom changes, modifications, software that you create in your work for us is to become the property of us. It needs to be able to be hosted on our machine, which is Windows 2003, IIS 6, .NET 2 or 4 and MS SQL Server or Firebird. You may not specify as a condition that it run on your host, or any specific host, or have any recurring charges to be paid to you. Likewise, you may not demand that any changes made to the site once completed, be made by you or any specific person or business. The code and rights to it become our property. Any modification of text, image or video content that we desire to make must be able to be made by using the functions of the CMS and not by modifying code directly. All custom work, including the CSS, HTML, and all data located in the database becomes our property. Required features: (CMS's might provide these) A main page with a menu and/or other click-able items that will allow navigation to the other features provided. And a place for a logo (size TBD) for the party. The main page needs to display text and images we will add to the CMS. The main page should be the one landed on when someone presses the "home" menu item or button. A page for 'issues' which content we will enter into the CMS data. The number of pages of which needs to be dynamic ranging from 1 to n; depending on the CMS data. A page for 'news' which content we will enter into the CMS data. The number of pages of which needs to be dynamic ranging from 1 to n; depending on the CMS data. A page for 'events' with links to 'Meetup' and 'Facebook' - twitter optional? A page with a 'calendar' in it. (Perhaps this would be the 'events' page?) to be discussed. A page for 'leadership' which content we will enter into the CMS data. The number of pages of which needs to be dynamic ranging from 1 to n; depending on the CMS data. It is expected that this data will consist of names, email addresses, possibly phone numbers, a position (chair, treasurer, etc.) and brief text describing the person. A search feature available from the main page, which will allow user to find text contained in the CMS data and brings them to the page containing the text. We do not want to have an Iframe that consumes too much screen real estate in order to make a menu. Desired features: Facebook link and data feed from main page Twitter link and data feed from main page Meetup link and data feed from main page A Calendar page A 'donate' page or other link that will allow them to donate to the party. A simple link to Paypal or other payment service would be good. But we do need to tell them about the monetary limits they are allowed to donate and get a 'name' and 'occupation' from them.
