I need to promote a new site (similar to [login to view URL] which is mine as well, but is not well promoted, and has only PR4). 1) SEO, links etc. , 2) to reach PR6 ot PR7 but not millions of links in 1 day, no spam. 3) good position in the main SE 4) free directories (+ paid, if really needed) . Keywords will be sphygmomanometers, blood pressure monitors, blood pressure machines, stethoscopes, blood presure monitors, blood-pressure monitors, etc Please submit a proper plan.
