My site needs some adjustments (I use Wordpress for my web)

I'm looking for a wordpress expert available to make some changes on my website. I really need these changes almost inmediately, This freelancer will need to be well-trained, effective and do the job quickly. The things that I need to fix are really not much, just smaill things, like adding new pages for text publishing (terms and condition, etc) that allow me to mofify whenever I need it; adjust the page navigator in some especific areas, as well as adapting the google webmaster email to my web, email massages, etc. $50 for this job.
