Audio Response Assessment

This project is at feasibility stage only and would be a lead into a much bigger project. Initially an online product. There are three distinct areas: Learning: Student can select topic, level of difficulty and play questions with audio answers. Testing: Student select topic, level of difficulty and play questions. They give an audio answers. Results: An analysis of how the student performed by topic. Admin can upload sets of 10 test questions by topic and level of difficulty. The time to answer each question is recorded. At the end of the test, processing compares the student audio response to the audio answers, marked out of ten with time taken. At this early stage all I want is a simple working model and some indication of your charges per hour. I would expect bidders to have some experience of assessment systems, databases and voice recognition. Example of similar work would be a distinct advantage. Site subscriptions and access via password at a later date. I will more than likely place this initial feasibility stage with three coders, from which I will select one to deliver what could be a very significant project. Subject of course to how feasible this project is.
