I need a Website Development professional with Wordpress expertise to create websites using a Wordpress template I provide and customizing as required to setup, design to my specs, modify HTML/CSS as required, install on my development website, and once design is approved, move the website from my developers site to the final hosting site. Design ability is a plus but not required for this position. I would be interested in getting a quote for my first project - design/customize my company's 5-page (home, about us, contact us, blog and services) website that includes my logo. (Attached) I want you to provide recommendation on the best theme for my purposes. I am considering Avada or X theme and want your feedback. Developer will install on my developers domain and upon design approve, move the completed site from its development location to its permanent hosting location. (Same host, different URL) Insert “Lorem Ipsum” text on each page representing where my actual content will be located that I will upload later. Insert sidebar ‘opt-in’ box (MailChimp) on every page. I also want to have a blog installed ([login to view URL]) Complete all internal page navigation links and ensure they all work Once the site is complete and created on my development site, I will have 48 hours to review and request any changes, updates. When approved, you will move to my home URL. Please quote your price for this project and your hourly rate for future projects for my clients.
