Need to build a website for Hospital.

Requirements Document We are aiming to design and develop a website for a hospital. On the home page there should option to select any one of the two centers under the hospital. The following are the key features needed. 1. Landing page for both centers is needed on the home page. 2. Menu for both the centers to be uniform. 3. Even, Latest news and media coverage session. 4. Page with the details of services (Data to be fetched from the BD and should be dynamic so that if a new service is added that gets listed automatically) 5. Testimonies from the Patients. 8. What Doctor says section. 9. Appointment booking to be incorporated. 10. Online payment 11. Collaboration with the new ERP system for appointment booking and payment updates. 12. Key Milestones of the hospital along with history in the about us section. 13. Achievements for the hospital section. 14. Details with regards to No of beds, staff, etc. section – Basically a dashboard. 15. Adding emergency contact no and online booking system. 16. Adding Ambulance service no and online booking system. 17. Blogs section 18. Online Chat – web chat, what’s chat etc. 19. Online registration of patient 20. Pages should be visible on multiple language (English, Hindi, Marathi). Few requirements of Admin Page. 21. Linking of calendar for upcoming events and past events with all our social media account. 22. What’s app broadcasting of messages. 23. SMS broadcasting of message. 24. Email broadcasting of message. 25. MI report generation to understand max customer base (like which service is used the most, preferred Dr. etc.). 26. Add new Doctors in the database. – (new page to be automatically created and get linked with the Dr. details page) 27. Add new service in the database. – (new page to be automatically created and get linked with the service details page) 28. Chat Agent should be in position to transfer the chat to doctor. 29. Mode of payment – online payment or offline payment while booking appointment. 30. Patients to get the details of the appointment booked and the payment if made online.
