Need a pro wordpress website/graphic designer to re-create website on WP platform (looking to send more future work)

Website Designer Post: I am looking for a professional Website/Graphic Designer...specializing in WordPress platform. This designer must know: -PHP -CSS -Have the ability to update and edit WordPress themes -Work with Photoshop -Create Graphics I am looking for a person or design firm that is able to communicate with me easily. While English doesn't need to be your first language, I need to be able to understand you both in written and spoken forms of communication as we will be working together closely. Must be willing & able to use Slack etc. Scope of work: We’re currently looking to mimic the client’s older website(on a separate platform) and recreate something similar (but better) on the WordPress platform. The client has chosen and purchased the ‘Total’ WordPress theme for this project. It is preferred for this designer to be able to build this site on this chosen theme already in place. The Client is also looking for unlimited revisions, although we have a pretty clear idea and samples of what’s needed. We will be looking for Mock-ups based on the chosen theme(& other site samples we provide) showing the client's needs and desires, and theme installation etc. We will also be looking for this theme/site to be responsive, fast-loading and SEO-friendly etc. We’re expecting the designer to complete the configuration and functionality of the new website based on any customization, plugins, and widgets that the client may need or want. The client will also be looking for the Blog page and post-type structure/layout configuration to be setup. The client is OK choosing one of the options provided within the chosen ‘Total’ WP Theme. Upload and Testing of the site prior to launch and after the launch Content setup for following pages (including written content, images, and videos): -Home page -Services/Pricing page -Testimonials -About Us page -Contact Us page -Blog page NOTE: Here is the client’s OLD website as a reference to mimic: [login to view URL] Some things that this website must include: The BIG focus for Homepage and other pages is the lead generation by adding in an offer for prospects to optin for a FREE Tenant/Home Rental Value Analysis and FREE Home Valuation CMA report etc. (More details will be provided as needed for this) The client must be able to add any pages, blog posts & content once the website is completed. The addition of these items to be easy enough for the client to do themselves without having to have the designer do it for them.
