We are a web design company, in Los Angeles CA, and we are looking for a new web design project manager / photoshop preview specialist. Someone with 3+ years experience in talking with clients, figuring out what website makes sense for their goal and budget. Making an outline. Making a proposal. And once approved to make the clients website in photoshop. Email the preview to the client. Call the client, screenshare discuss the design. Make changes to the design, to make the client happy. Once the design has been approved, give the design to our team to produce the website per the approved client design. Additionally, provide spliced images, which are optimized, so the programmers can use the images in the design. *** bonus - most of the websites we do are done in Avada wordpress, and so if you know how to setup Avada, that will be a great advantage for getting this job. Requirements: - must have 3+ years experience in this field - must have samples of websites you have designed in photoshop. send us the PSD files, to see that it was your actual work. and send us the URL to the website which where the results of your photoshop design. - must speak good, perfect english, and be able to talk with power and experience to our clients, over the phone. Most of the work will be done remotely via phone and screenshare. - Must be available to work during PST time zone with our clients, by appointment. - we are not looking for a team or another firm. we are looking for a individual with these skills. and we are looking to work with this person for many years to come. compensation will be hourly / flat fee / percentage of project.
