Website Directory Install the theme with additional inbuilt task

I need assistance to install the theme which I have and also require additional changes to the current theme. In the directory listing below items to be added 1. View list (Total view YTD , current month view MTD) visitors view list 2. Adding Call button in phone number to call directly from the listing 3. Need to check the speed of the theme using speed check  and resolve issues 4. Login user restrictions according to plan user choose (free, silver, Gold) 5. Submit now - once submit now button is checked it should auto direct Emails and SMS to provided Email/phone and to admin 6. Sign in page can be through Google/facebook/twitter or thru mobile number Kindly note your bidding cost should inclusive of all, no further cost to be topped up after bidding or chatting
