Wordpress with WP e-Commerce Shopping Cart Not Processing with First Data/Link Point Merchant

Looking for someone that is familiar with Wordpress Application and WP e-Commerce Plugin (WPEC) which is an ecommerce application for an online store and shopping cart. My site is active and it all functions properly but will not process credit card payment at checkout. It processes Paypal fine. I believe the problem is somewhere between the WP e-Commerce Plugin and "specifically" the Merchant Account that I use which is First Data, used to be Link Point. BEHAVIOR: -When person enters checkout information including credit card information then clicks on "Purchase Button" it just goes back to the top of the Checkout Page. -When I test, I get No Error Codes -All the information about the person and products remain on the Checkout Form except the credit card. -I've confirmed that the payment Does Not go through at the merchant accounting admin area. WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR TO TRY AND SOLVE PROBLEM: -I had to move my site to a dedicated hosting account which I did. I use a Virtual Dedicated hosting account with [login to view URL] using Linux and cPanel. This was to have control of ports being used. -I hired some to make sure that port 1129 is open per the merchant's instructions. This is the port that First Data Merchant uses specifically. Which I thought was the fix but it was not. -I made sure that the Gateway is set to LinkPoint at the WP e-Commerce plugin. -I uploaded the PEN file which I got from FirstData/LinkPoint into the WP e-Commerce Plugin Application -I tested different times with different credit cards with different owners with no success. -I verified that CURL is enabled in my hosting per WP e-Commerce Support instructions. Just can't figure it out. This is most likely going to take someone that has done this task in the past or is definitely familiar with "Wordpress" and "WP e-Commerce" and the Merchant FirstData. Please respond to this Project if you know you have a solution as I'm pretty sure the answer is just some settings on my programs which would be an easy fix for someone who is familiar. Thanks
