MS Windows Remote Desktop Expert

Hello, I need an expert that can restrict access to Remote Desktop users. I want to grant access to some Users to work on my server using Remote Desktop, but I want to make sure that databases cannot be copied and abused. The Server is running WindowsServer2003. The Users job consists of importing, formatting, cleaning and manipulating databases, so the users must be able to work with Access, Excel, pdf and text data. Everything else can be restricted to the Users, so they will not need to have access to ftp, browsers etc that otherwise could be used to transport the databases out of the system. You will have to consider also how to restrict the users from copying data of the screen or using copy-paste to transport the data off the server. You will work through remote desktop, or by remote controlling an experienced Windows user. Please include the code "RD2003" in your PM to me, otherwise I will not read your offer.
