Date Calculating and From Filling

Attached is an attendance sheet (Project Auto Cycle [login to view URL]) that I need to hand out to various clients at various times during the year. You will notice that at top right corner I have a mail merge field next to Client label. This will allow me print off a batch of sheets at any one time respective to a current client list. (I don’t need help with this) Now consider the fact that there are 13 individual 4 week cycles in a 52 week year. I need automation within this document to populate all fields coloured red in response to two questions that are asked of the user upon opening this document. Explained as follows. When the user opens this document I would like to have something like an input box asking the user to “Please Enter Project Start Date”. The Default ProjectStartDate displayed should be the last selected ProjectStartDate. If the user chooses to enter an alternative ProjectStartDate it would be nice to have a filter that would only allow the user select the date of any Monday only. Upon Selection of ProjectStartDate this form should then present a combo box asking the user to select a cycle from a drop down list displaying a selection of 1 to 13. Then upon receiving just the ProjectStartDate and selected cycle no. the form should populate the areas in red according to the following rules. The date for the first Monday in the first table on the template should = ProjectStartDate + (CycleNo – 1)*28 i.e. if user selects ProjectStartDate as 21/09/202 and CycleNo as 3 then the first Monday in this case should work out as 16/11/2020. Of course I would like the form to fill out dates for all 28 days throughout all four tables, and to fill in the correct week number above each table (also indicated in red). Note: the alignment of week number that I use is that 21/09/2020 fell on week number 39. I would be expecting that you would provide the above functionality with MS Word Fields or VBA. If the Monday only date picking filter is too demanding I will manage as a user to be careful to choose only Mondays as ProjectStartDate. I don’t need the final thing heavily debugged for input errors, as I would be happy to abort/shutdown and restart to get over any errors. Finally could if you apply any vb code, could you leave it viewable as I would like to see its workings.
