Need Pictures Added to our Wordpress Blog Posts

We have a website that sells fabric online and has several fabric-related blogs. The blog article subjects are about fabric care, fabric dying, stain removal, sewing tips, etc. We currently have about 1300 articles. We would like to hire someone to add a small image to each blog posting. The images should all be the same size and should be related to the content of the post. For example, in a post about stain removal, an image of a stain on fabric would be needed. The images should also be royalty free with no copyright issues. Lastly, we need the images to have SEO-friendly title= and alt= settings. These can be set in the WP editor, but if you can do them in bulk, even better. The successful bidder should be able to send me a link to a sample WP blog entry they have done that satisfies these requirements.
