Hi, Webmap and a few mockups can be found on the below link - [login to view URL] About Website - A website were people in a community can create a profile to display the interest/hobbies they have. Others can view each other's profile to view interest and send personal messages each other. Home page - Sign-in or Create an account Create an account steps: 1) Select - Single member profile or combine family account (one profile for entire family) 2) Input - First name, last name, which ward (community) are you apart of, email address, password and list of hobbies/interest you have. Optional options: Profile pic upload, phone number, have personal messages sent to email, address. Profile Page - Will display profile pic, first and last name, phone number, email address, address, list of interests/hobbies Ward Page - List of people's profiles who are apart of the community. Will just show profile pic and members name next to each one that can be clicked on and viewed. Edit Profile page - All boxes will already be filled in with members current info. Info can be edited. First name, last name, email, phone number, address, profile picture, hobbies/interest Profile Page - Email Group - This will take the user to the "Write an Message" page. All members in that category that share the same interest as you will have their names in the "To:" box at the top (Displaying who will receive this message). User can write their message and send it to the displayed members. Profile Page - Family Members - Only displays when someone has added multiple members when creating their profile. When user clicks on one of the family members names it will take them to their personal profile of interest/hobbies they personally have. Also it will display that members email address and phone # Sending/Receiving Messages - Only text will be sent and received. No pictures or special features needed. Messages will be displayed from most recently received/replied to latest. Unread messages will show up as light blue. When clicked on it will take person to the message and person can reply to message. Once message is replied to it will take user to their message page and light blue color on new message will be gone. The latest message in the communication chain will be partially shown when viewing unopened email. - A user can also send a message to a members inbox by using the "Send Message" box on their profile page. Creating Profile - When creating a profile user will need to select the community they're apart of. When typing in a community a list of all communities matching their search will auto populate under their community search bar. A list of all communities will be provided. They can select one community from the drop down match box and will put in that community as the selected one they choose. If the members community isn't available blue text will appear in the search drop down box that will say, "Can't find your ward?". When user clicks on this they can send website owner a message letting them know they'd like to add their community/ward. ALL PAGES - There will be a blue tab on the vertical part of the browser window on the right hand side that will have the text "Feedback" in it. When clicked on a member can send a message to website owner. Before bidding, please go through the description (write 1 before your proposal so that I know you have gone through the description) and files uploaded on dropbox.
