I need a file excel (I would prefer Calc Open Office) or a database where I can fill a form to complete an invoice. That database should be online, in a hosting I already own where I have my website. The form should be like this: Day (auto filled by function) Last name Name € Amount Cause of the amount Category There should be room for two or three different payment and categories. Right below the Name, the file should auto fill all the information about the name I wrote. Those informations are anagraphical informations and also inscription expiracy, medical certificate expiracy, badge expiracy. So I would like the file suggests me the name by reknowing it in the "database sheet" I always update manually. That sheet should be updated at least once a week. That's due to continuous new registrations to my sport club. Then all the dates should be collected in another sheet and a termal printing should eject a little paper with the invoice and a little box where I can stick a fiscal stamp if needed. Also categories should be suggested by reknowing them in a list I can fill and keep updated. I think all of this is preferred to be done by database but I think using Calc is faster at this moment. I accept suggestions by everyone.
