Minor changes needed for Wordpress Template

I'm in the process of creating a personal website using the Wordpress theme, Rostar. I need a designer to help me make some slight modifications to this theme, including... * Changing the color of links within the body of all pages and posts. This includes the "read more" text for excerpts, tagging and category information that appears at the bottom of each post. It's currently too light to read. * I want the main page to only show the excerpts for three blog posts. But at the bottom of the page, I want visitors to be able to click and view previous entries. Currently, the website shows three blog posts on the main page, but there isn't an option to view additional entries at the bottom. Also, limiting to three posts on the main page, also limits the categories and archive pages to three posts. I need to be able to see all posts that fit those descriptions. * I want a photo header added to the top of the page, beneath the main navigation bar. Ideally, the work would be completed within the next couple days. Thanks!
