Speed Up Wordpress Blog / Site

I have a website with integrated blog - all run on Wordpress. This site is slow. I need an expert to help me speed up the site WITHOUT MAJOR REDESIGNS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ACKNOWLEDGE WHEN RESPONDING - I know many of you guys don't read specs! - This site has already a cache plugin (wp-super-cache). - I do compress headers and scripts. You need to do better than that. I have about 40 pages and 50 posts. No big deal in terms of volume. I have tinkered with Cloudflare - but need to keep my name servers pointing to my hosted Exchange servers. So if you consider CDN - fine - as long as they don't need the DNS point to their service. Here is how it works if you want to win the bid: 1) Send your reply with "faster" in subject line so I know you care to read my project description. 2) When I choose you, I will pay two milestones. The first consists of you sending me your plan of action. If this makes sense, we will move into the implementation. Then you will receive the second milestone. 3) Specify both milestone fees in your bid. 4) The more you explain how you want to proceed and what your experience is, the more likely you will get the bid. I will not respond to "we are great and hope to get your project" bids. Be more specific, please. Thanks.
