Website Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for both back and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and implementing plugins. As the WordPress Developer, Shopify awareness you should have a strong understanding of CMS/CRM systems and current industry trends. You will need to work self-directed, as well as collaborate with the creative, account and digital teams to develop digital solutions and assets that efficiently meet agency (and client) objectives. Job Responsibilities: • Develop responsive WordPress sites, woo commerce and landing page or Shopify • Customize WordPress themes • Work closely with the creative team to match visual design intent • Oversee website migrations • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases • Manage 3rd party API integration • 1+ years relevant SEO and marketing experience, ideally in an agency • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console • Communicate with the project managers on product timing and deliverables • Work with digital team to implement analytics/campaign tracking tag • Experience or good familiarity with SEO research tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AWR • Experience or good familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Pardot, and Sugar • Experience or good familiarity with testing and analytics tools such as VWO, Crazy Egg, HotJar, CallRail, and Mongoose Metrics • Ability to work on html emails • Good experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel • Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, and learn new things! • English proficiency
