Woo Commerce site for virtual and physical product subscriptions

I need to build a woo commerce site that sells both physical and virtual products. The products require that I collect information and documents from the customer. Some products will need to have the purchase approved by my staff after the order is placed and billed only after approval. Some products will be auto renewing subscriptions that must be billed periodically. I'll need access to the database containing all sales information for integration with other [login to view URL] system should used Credit Card Tokenization so that it never sees actual credit card numbers.
