Wordpress customer support - excellent English speakers only!

I'm sorry to be strict but I have received a lot of false bids and time wasters so my apologies to those who are not like this.... Please note that if you do NOT bid with words addressing the second last paragraph of this brief, I will know you either a) don't read instructions or b) don't have a fluent grasp of English - easy fail on this simple project The role Customer support on-demand (casual) You will need to be able to walk people through using Wordpress - they will be people with little or NO knowledge of Wordpress, so you need to be patient and give them examples. Some form of screen sharing will be imperative in helping them through the process of using and editing Wordpress websites. You will introduce yourself as being part of our company and conduct yourself in a friendly, patient manner. Hours You MUST be available from 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday, Sydney time UTC+10 The paid hours will be on-demand, so you start your time when you receive and act on an email, keeping track properly so we can monitor and help you improve if there are areas the customer did not understand.
