Wordpress order form t stripe Subscription billing

Hello. I am looking for a developer to add a order form whit stripe payment on my landing page. I am using wordpress. ([login to view URL]) Stripe must be setup to work like this: The customer order a start pack of my product to 99 NOK and get charged at once. 30 Days after the customer have order the start pack they will get a refill of products to 349 NOK. After that they will get charged 349 NOK every 60 days. The subscription will run to they customer cancel the subscription. If the customer cancel the subscription later than 7 days before the next billing day. The will get charged for the next delivery and then the subscription must stop. If its possible I want the customers to have a page where they can login whit they e-mail address as user name and customer number to password. Where they can cancel the subscription or choice to jump over the next delivery. If you have any other good suggestion on what the site will need I am open for that.
