Wordpress Search Extended Functionality

1. It needs to be made global so that users can see it on every page easily (It is already on every page but needs to be highlighted). On desktop it needs to be a text box as on Facebook. On mobile it needs to be visible at all times. Preferred is logo in center, menu hamburger icon on the right and search on the left in navigation bar. 2. When user taps on search icon, it shows a text box on the navigation bar itself. 3. User can type in the text box in English and Hindi. 4. When user types, the system looks up in the display name and username of the authors (Users having role 'author') of the site and displays (by Display Name) as suggestions. 5. When user taps on a suggestion, it takes user to the author archive page. 6. If user does not tap on the suggestion and presses Enter, it takes user to the search result page (already exists, needs to be updated). 7. On search results, it currently shows only posts. It needs to show two sections: (a) Writers showing by Display Name (Role: Users having role Author and Contributor having at least one post). (b) Posts (Already exists) 8. When user taps on author's display name from the listed results, it takes user to the author archive page. Discussion/Queries: 1. Will the search be independent of the theme? If we change the theme later, will it get affected? Note: Actual budget range is lesser than mentioned. Freelance has some specific range so had to choose one. Please do not consider the maximum while bidding and give us an appropriate estimation.
