I know the theme used but you speak for what the client is not happy and for this you need to post a URL so we as freelancers could compate the different between original theme and current setups. Also you need to add your design files-you did't say exactly what the client don't like- your design or the setups from the developer :) So please be as spesific as possible as to work after the other person did any work on the site is more difficult then to start from the scrach.
