We are looking for Freelancer that have worked with AS3 and Flex some years. You should be updated and pro with FlashBuilder 4. You have a long trackrecord with ActionScript and you work always with good practice and use ASdoc where you need to build a library for other to use. BUT the company then have to fulfill this: NOT be a huge outsource company with 100's of employees, we want to work with a small skilled team with the best designers and developers, a 20 to 40 staff company would be optimal.
