HOW IT WORKS
Sign up - A prospective client or member signs up by filling a [login to view URL] user is asked to choose a userID which should be unique on the system and asked to fill some sign up questions. The sign up questions are basic questions like users first and last name, postal address, Telephone, email address and the password. The admin can add many more questions. The questions that will be in the signup page will be decided by the admin. Users should be able to upload their pictures which shall be displayed in the user's profile. There should be facility for turning number (CAPCHA) for security purpose. Users should also be able to upload files such as their credentials. The user's profile could be viewed by the user after login in or by the admin from the admin control panel. The user is then prompted to choose an appropriate membership class and make the necessary payment, if there is any. The possible membership classes would have been created by the admin with appropriate fees assigned to each class. Admin would also have mapped each membership class to the right membership group. Email and telephone number (SMS) verification may be conducted if enabled by the admin. SMS number verification is conducted by sending a randomly selected number to the specified number and the user will be required to enter the number in the system where its correctness is confirmed. . Also, users will be required to select password recovery questions and answer which can be created by the admin and updated as required.
Sign in - Members should be able to sign in with either their chosen userIDs or their email addresses(or combination of the two) in addition to their passwords. In other words the sign-in combinations are userID and password or email address and password.
Groups - The admin may create additional groups which may not necessarily be mapped to membership class. The admin can later move a user from its earlier group to another group. When a group is created, by the admin, a list of service(s) that members of the group can see on the menu is assigned.
