Try to identify good and challenging questions. Make sure there is no ambiguity in the questioning. No silly questions like file extensions or “where things are on menus” etc as they will be rejected by reviewers. Feel free to use online resources or a bible to build your line of questioning. Do NOT use WikiPedia. Bear in mind that the Test Taker will have approximately 40 seconds to read and answer each question. Each question must be realistically answerable within this time frame by a SilverLight professional. Test compilation is done online and a link will be provided. This is an easier task than you think. We are interested in applications from all over the world with very strong WebLogic skills.
