3-minute Animation to Explain the Mission of Our Community Building Project

Dar-us-Salaam is an Islamic community building project in the United States whose goal is to build a vibrant, physical community of Muslims which would showcase Islam to everyone who interacts with it. This community would have people, institutions, and businesses all working together under a single leadership guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah to serve Muslims and non-Muslims. Such a community would have schools, medical clinics, hospitals, banks, social services, youth facilities, elder care, apartments and houses, and of course all of these things would be connected and around the masjid which would be the central focus of the community life. Because the community would operate on Islamic principles, people would "see" Islam in action -- the kindness, the lack of racism, the justice and fairness, the environmentalism, the honoring of parents and elders, the respect of women, the helpfulness, etc. This community would give "da'wa" or share the message of Islam by action, not by books and brochures. We need an animation which depicts this. This is NOT a whiteboard project, rather it is a 2-dimnesional cartoon animation which would sometimes zoom in and sometimes zoom out to provide a bigger picture of the community. A script and single narrator voiceover will be provided. We are hoping to keep this within 3-minutes long. It will be posted on Youtube and sent to people who want to understand the mission of the Dar-us-Salaam Community.
