I need a Vectorworks 3D model of a house build from a set of survey plans, section and elevation drawings. This would need to be a working model, which can easily be edited. Walls need to be built using wall modules, windows to be window components etc. etc. No materials need to be applied and no renders are required at this stage. No joinery (doors and skirting boards), no covings, sanitary or kitchen furniture needs to be included. All windows and staircase need to be included and so do the marble fireplaces. The neighbouring houses are fairly identical and would need to be included. This model will be used to design a back, basement and loft extension. So further visualisation / rendering will be required throughout the project. I am a one-man-band and I am looking to establish an ongoing working relationship and hopefully get you involved on other projects. The focus is on finding a person with great CAD skills but an architectural background would certainly be an added bonus. The survey will start Monday 14/3 and drawings will hopefully be available by the end of that week. [login to view URL]
