Magento Store Locator with Facebook

Hello, I need help to improve this store locator: [login to view URL] I only have 900 USD to can do this development. The requirements are: -Change the css scroll of the left with a new design -CSS, HTML and javascript validation to can see it in any browser including ie7 and higher and different PC OS -Publish the tool on a facebook tab to allow the facebook community locate stores directly from the magento db of the tool We´ll give you access to the source code for the actual store locator located at [login to view URL] Improve the right listing doing some similar to [login to view URL] design (please see the attached image) I´ll provide you the PSD Files to aply the design.
