I have been working with .Net since version 1.1 was released and is my programming language of choice. 90+% of all my projects are in .Net. I'll though it's been a while since I worked with flash, I have a lot over experience with it, so moving the code base from flash wouldn't be too difficult. I live and work on the east coast of the US. Here I work with several other programmers so if you wanted more than 40/hr a week worth of work done I can bring that to the table.
