Need Some one to create a small multiplayer project in unity

-----------------------This is a Kind of Research Project type ------------------------------------------------------ Desc: i need some one to develop a sample multiplayer game where the game contains the just a single [login to view URL] i click the light(switch on the light which glows after clickiing ) then the light on the every other multiplayer who connected to the same ROOM has to be clicked(light on) WITH LEAST LATENCY WHICH IS NEAR EQUAL TO HUMAN PERSISTENCE VALUE (DELAY). The people can select any multiplayer frame work which supports unity. The person should send me the binary source for testing if it works then money will be paid for source code or which frame work he used
