Add your personal opinion to what she has stated from what you have garnered from all the readings in this course in answering the following two questions: What are the most important points that stand out in your mind when considering women in Islam in the future? Is there anything in Ahmed’s conclusion that you disagree with? This paper is in lieu of a final exam, so the standard of grading will be high. Format must be double spaced, Times New Roman font, 12 pt size All quotes must be referenced, either in-line or by endnote/footnote according to a standard academic style guide of your choice from the following three styles: MLA, Chicago, APA. You MUST provide page numbers for each quote. Each end quote mark MUST have some kind of reference immediately following it (e.g. footnote/endnote numbering or parentheses with author’s last name in it and page number). ANY PAPER NOT PROPERLY REFERENCED AND/OR NOT USING DIRECT QUOTES RECEIVES AN AUTOMATIC 30% MECHANICS DEDUCTION IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER DEDUCTIONS GIVEN. For reference material, you may use ONLY materials from the course- the textbook and readings, NOT the internet or other outside material. Citation information for the readings can be found in the syllabus (you will have to look up year and publisher info on your own). NOTE: Make sure you are giving exact references when you quote, so that you will not be plagiarizing. If you are found to plagiarize, you will automatically receive a failing mark and be reported to the university for disciplinary action, so just put quote marks & your reference for ANYTHING you copy outright, no matter how minimally! You should also include an additional page at the end of your paper giving the full citations for the works used in your writing (if you use footnote or endnote numbering, you will need a section for those references first before this additional general bibliography section at the very end).
