Help with Business Finance

This position is primary accountable for collection of accounts in a manner that produces optimum cash flow while insuring continuous business relations. It is also accountable for giving credit line to new clients through credit investigation under authorized bracket of approval. • Prepare billing based upon contractual provisions or upon the terms of the contracts supported by approved Statement of Accounts. • Prepares and maintained Statement of Account in triplicate for checking and sends them to the Chief Accountant for approval, based on numerical and physical control for accurate and promptly record billings. • Retains duplicate copy for file Post of Statement of Account in the Subsidiary Ledger. • Conduct monthly inventory joining together with the audit group; internal & external auditor with SGV representative, held in different locations to all freezer storage like: HAVI Freezer in Marikina, Concepcion Freezer in Pasig, HAVI Freezer in Taguig City & in main office Storages Freezer in Boni. • Make a final report thru software-based on BATCHMATER & PLATINUM for final & financial reporting to be submitted to Chief Accountant.
