Need help with registering for the VIES in order to obtain a RO VAT number

Trying to sell on one of the marketplaces in Romania and need help in registering for the VIES in order to obtain a RO VAT number, and possibly further with the Monthly / Quarterly VAT Compliance. Applicant must be a Romanian or citizen of Romania and based in Romania. Must be an accountant, fiscal representative, tax professional, or international business professional with good experience and has very good knowledge of taxation and existing laws of Romania. Applicant must possess the following: Must be very fluent in English or have a very good command of the English language. Must be able to communicate and convey their message precisely without any ambiguity. Must be able to translate or a translator with advanced skills in English.
