AirBNB & VRBO Concierge - 18/11/2023 12:54 EST

We own several properties and manage several more in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I am looking for strong English speaking concierge to manage listings, respond to guest inquiries, help book services and manage the guest experience. We have staff on site so concierge can be remote/outsourced however this service must be responsive in hours where our properties are + where typical customers are (North America wide). We also have a direct booking website so this position must have some basis wordpress / data entry skills Our company is [login to view URL] we own 4 homes in Quivira golf and beach resort in Cabo. In addition to the 4 we own we also manage many more homes on behalf of owners/investors. Some of the managed homes are available for vacation rentals while others are not -- we do property management only for the non rental units. WE have a sister company [login to view URL] which we started this year with a new yacht. We plan to grow that company to own and manage multiple yachts over time. In addition to featuring our vacation homes and yacht on our direct booking websites we also list on airbnb and vrbo. In addition to the rental business we have other related business income -- we offer other services to renters (airport transportation, grocery shopping, golf cart rentals, chef service, massage service, etc) + we do construction projects (small things like minor repairs all the way to major projects like adding a pool or adding a garage to customer homes). So... we need someone to manage our rental listings on all sites (airbnb, vrbo, direct websites) and expand to new ones ([login to view URL], google vacations, etc) and also to interact with guests to secure bookings, coordinate add-on services, manage the vacation so we get 5-star ratings and reviews.
