Ecommerce Android App Development -- 4

Hello, We are looking for an Android Ecommerce App Development. Source code of the app will be our property after its development. Project will not be marked closed untill all modifications are not done or any errors are there. Payment will be given in milestones. Nothing will be paid in advance. There will be one admin web panel and three mobile app panels. Admin Panel (Web Panel) Customer Panel Merchant Panel Delivery Executive Panel It will be like food delivery app. Merchant will create their account on marketplace and upload products on the app and set the price. Customer will be able to see all those products when they will download our app. For purchasing any product on our app, customer will have to signup first with valid mobile number and valid email i.d. When customer will download the app, app will fetch customer's location and customer will be able to see products available on that pincode only at first. Merchant will have to select the quantity of that item and will receive the orders as per quantity. Merchant will the option to accept or reject the order, Once order is accepted by merchant, customer will get a notification that order is confirmed and merchant will have to pack the item. Within 60 seconds of merchant accepting the order, delivery executive available on that pincode should get the notification and most nearest delivery executive should be assigned to that order and delivery executive should get the location of the buyer and the merchant too. Merchant will packup the item from their location and mark the item packed. Delivery executive will pickup the item and scan the barcode given on the invoice and as soon as delivery executive will scan the code and pickup the item, customer, admin, merchant will get notification that this order has been picked up from this merchant at this point of time, date and is on its way on this particular location and will be delivered or has been delivered at this time. After order has been delivered, buyer will get an option to give feedback on that merchant's profile and all feedbacks will be available on merchant's profile publically and all feedbacks will be deleted or modified by customer who posted it or admin only. All feedbacks will be calculated as per between 1-5 ratings. There should be a chat support between customer and admin's customer support team. As soon as customer will raise any complaint or request, a ticket number will be generated. All the communications will be read by clicking on that ticket number only. Ticket number can be closed or modified by admin's customer support only. If buyer gets faulty product, buyer can raise a return or replacement request from their panel and all those requests notifications should be stored in admin panel, customer support panel, merchant panel and buyer panel. If merchant doesn't approve or reject buyer's return request with in 48 hours, admin should have the rights to approve or disapprove the return or replacement request with valid reason. Final deicision will be taken by admin only in any dispute. Admin can give refund to any customer by deducting from merchant's account. All the users will be connected through firebase. There should be sms and email alerts for any kind of transactions, orders, complaints or requests. There should be password reset option for all users. There should be google maps or geo location api. There should be Payment gateway and COD option. Once any order is placed, user can cancel it within 1 minutes of placing the order. If any user want to cancel the order after placing it, it can be done by customer support only. Refunds can be issued by admin only. Its similar to food delivery apps. If delivery executive doesn't reach, collect and deliver the order within 45 minutes of order then responsible person will have to pay the fine and it will be deducted from their account automatically. More modifications or features will be discussed later during the project.
