OCR , mRZ attendance app

The system is supposed to use OCR, mrz to capture data from passport, id card in Android If any freelancer has worked on this type of Android app please bid as I need experienced person for it. It is Attendance type app so need to capture or scan passport let me know which 3rd party you have used in previous ocr app. let me know if anyone can help my developer in it as we dont want to use 3rd party sdk as after free demo they take heavy charge. I will send you example passport id and from there we need to fetch Country Doc Number Surname Name DOB Nationality Sex Expiry date
