angular 4 integration.

I have basic api. and I am wondering if anyone could build a web interface that has: 1. login page 2. home page (not logged in) 2b. home page (after logged in) using jwt auth token and spring security oauth2, using Angular 4, and using the existing api to show a list of person records on a basic grid, with the ability to delete or update a person record. You will need to add a security part to the api that handles the login and accepts the token (showing you've already authenticated) with each request (get person list, delete person, edit person, add person). Remember: Java Spring (backend), Angular 4 (frontend) I need it done fast and minimal budget. Thanks
