Animation Sprite Artist/Designer for editing already created character sprite

I am seeking an Animation Sprite Artist/Designer who can edit an already created character sprite. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating realistic animations. The project requires fireball throw actions/animations based on the character's abilities. We have a Mobile game that is recently launched on play store, it is basically a platformer game, In which the main player is Ninja, now this character has two main power, the one is sword attack and other one is throw the Ninja star. Now we decided to add one more power that will be throw a fireball. In our current character sprite, we don't have this animation included, So we need somebody, who can create the sprite for this animation. I will provide you our main character sprite/images, as well as I can provide you all the separate part of my character(hand, head, legs etc). We need two animation sprite one is in which a character will throw a fireball, just the step and another one is need blue fireball with some flame animation. That will be thrown with colide effect.
