Create an Animation for Bar Mitzva

So I'm looking for someone to do a video for my cousins bar Mitzva. He will be in live action, and then jump inside an animated book. He will turn into a cartoon as well. as he walks through the pages, he wants to be in a basketball jersey bouncing a basketball throughouth the book. Every chapter of he book will be a title like "Grandparents" "Friends" "brother" "mom and dad" etc...and pictures of his family will be on each chapter. Hope you understand what I'm saying!
