ASP,NET URL REWRITE

I need you to rewrite a URL if there is no .aspx located in the URL. It will work like this http://domainname/mike mike is a users name. When you see this you will go to a simple users table and find the user id for mike (you will need to create a simple table with userid and username) when you find mike redirect to [login to view URL] OF USER MIKE If there is no user found then you [login to view URL]("Your user was not found") If we found the user the [login to view URL] the username and the user id "Your username is X and your user ID is X" The rewrite should ignore any urls with .aspx in them. I need this quick.
