Jira Specialist for Query Resolution & Dashboard

I'm in need of a highly experienced Jira freelancer to solve 2 JQL queries and create a dashboard for my projects. My main aim to solve 2 queries and add 2 to 3 key metric in project. The mandatory skills and experience for this project are: 1. Experience in creating Jira dashboard and JQL queries 2. Familiarity with project management data The Queries should facilitate following: 1) JQL to get assignee who are working on issues/ story as Inprogress in task board and show in pie chart that assignee is working 2 to 3 issues / story. Intention is to find who all assignee are working less than 2 issues / story so that i can ask them to take atleast 2 to 3 issues/ story in a day. It should show 0 if people have not taken any issues on that day. Since Jira JQL has limitation of Count(value) or nested select statement, having this challenge. I tried with below JQL and it is not working. It is not showing asignee as '0' if they have not taken issues also some Inprogress stories were not showing. statusCategory = "In Progress" AND project = "Project Name" AND status in (Development,Solutioning) 2) Component empty for issues created from last month 3) bar chart or good 3 to 4 metric of dashboard for project leaving burndown chart and velocity chart.
