It is very clear Project Description and my experience of 9+ years in recruiting and Human Resources and my Master Studies in HR are giving me the confidence to say that I am the right candidate for the task.
I have been working for small, medium and large international companies, mainly for the / in the US market, from recruiting agencies to one of the best Cruise Ship Companies in the world.
Some of the tasks I was involved in and still am are: Sourcing candidates, Leads, Screening Resumes and candidates and Background Checks, Scheduling interviews, Conducting interviews, Notes, Creating lists, updating CRM or ATS software for tracking purposes and follow up, Working with Business Partners, Head of Departments and Executive Management to ensure functional talent pipeline and much more.
I would start by reviewing Job Description(s) for the position(s) we will do recruiting for, review the questions prepared, make myself a tracking list and then start screening candidates. Schedule them and conducting interviews.
I would ask here to what extend i should go and how we will communicate the candidates that fit the profile (Google Docs, Excel sheets, communication on daily basis, final stages of interview will be conducted by who and schedule for them as well, etc).
I feel confident that it will go smooth and will be great success, without headaches. Able to start ASAP.
