Community Solar Network Marketing expansion

I would like to set up MLM network worldwide. We have a working, very good MLM system in connection with Solar Energy, which is not based on consumption. This is a very unique network marketing system. The commission is based on electricity (which is produced by a community solar) and just secondly on consumption. If somebody is joining and buying solar panels (available from 2 euros), there is a guaranteed 8-14% yearly income for 25yrs. I need persons who can help me to expand this system, with good results.
