Write a Business Plan

Hello I am looking for a detailed project plan (100+ action items) written for creating a an analytics SaaS start-up Critical questions that need answered in the project plan are - 1.) What are the different stages required to build a successful analytics SaaS? 2.) What are the detailed steps involved in each of the stage? 3.) What are the time scales to implement each step? This would require extensive Google research to put together. A big plus is if you have background working on SaaS platforms and/or analytics modelling. Here are the some of the components which will be essential for a successful analytics SaaS start-up - 1.) UI design 2.) Marketing - concept videos (diff. steps involved in creating a concept video such as storyboarding, recruiting etc.), brochures, cold calling clients etc. 3.) Analytics modelling 4.) Interfacing with the client system 5.) Cloud-based platform 6.) etc. Ideally I would like someone who has experience writing plans on MS Project, but a detailed action list on Excel will do as well. To help me select the ideal candidate, please answer the screening question thoroughly. I will be giving high consideration to the answer.
