Hi,
I want to build an active noise cancelling system for a tractor with speakers in the roof above my head to cancel noise. The tractor is super noisy and I'm hoping to get the noise down by 10db or so in the zone around the operator's head while driving. System should be a feedback system with one or two error microphones near the head location and two speakers for anti-noise. The noise in the cabin comes from many different components so it isn't practical to build a feedforward system I think. I will install the hardware into the tractor, but need someone to figure out the FXLMS algorithm and program a DSP development board to run it. See the picture attached which is from a library book I borrowed for what I have in mind. The necessary hardware should be a DSP development board, microphone/s, a 2 channel amp for gain, and two speakers.
