Thanks for your project. I have 30 years experience programming in C++. I will create the event-driven simulation in C++ as specified in the attachment. I will use STL objects for queues and priority queues and other available STL objects. The statistics required in the project shall be generated. I will not produce any UML diagrams since I never use them as programming aides. I will create a user's manual, although your budget could be reduced if this is omitted. A Makefile will be created.
